This free event includes presentations by the American Red Cross, Michigan Ear Institute, Beaumont Hospital, a physical therapist, nephrologist, podiatrist and on exercise and pain reduc- tion. A variety of home medical and orthopedic ser- vice exhibits will be on display along with informa- tion on senior residences, social security, arthritis, Alzherimer's disease and cancer risk reduction. Free dental, vision, hearing, blood pressure, fat fold, blood sugar and cholesterol screen- ings will be offered. Flu shots, administered by the Oakland County Health Department, will be available from 10 a.m. to noon. Mammograms can be scheduled in advance by call- ing the parks and recreation office, 334-5660. Fee for the mammograms is dependent on the insurance coverage of the participant. Advance registration for the Health Fair is not required. Participants need only be 55 years old or older to attend.
