The fair, scheduled for 10-

The Oak Park recreation
department is sponsoring two
family trips and its annual
Mother and Son Sweetest
Day Dance during October.
The first family trip will be
Oct. 7 to the spicer Orchards
Farm Market and Cider Mill.
The second will be Oct. 14, to
the Upland Hills Farm. In-
cluded in the fee will be bus
transportation to and from
the Oakland Community
Center.
The Fifth Annual Sweetest
Day Dance will be Oct. 15
from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the
Community Center. Tickets
must be purchased in ad-
vance at the Community
Center no later than Oct. 13.
Included in the ticket price
are admission, a boutonniere,
a rose balloon, refreshments,
activities and one keepsake
photo per family.
