SUEDE
The newest leather is having
its heyday. Seen on pants and
skirts, jackets and over-the-
knee boots, suede is often
dyed in bright, hot colors.
Shown: Shoes from Spanish
footwear designers come in
color-blocked suede; some
have details like buckles,
covered buttons and pleating.

PRINTS
It's a jungle out there,
especially when you wear fall's
favorite — animal prints. They
come in spots (leopard,
ocelot) and stripes (tiger,
zebra). And if you're not wear-
ing them, you might be hun-
ting them. Shown: Short
jacket and matching blouse
depict an Oriental hunt scene,
by Escada.
