The district conclave, which consisted of eight states, took place at Minnetonka, Minn. Representing the Morgen- thau Lodge at the meeting was Jerry Helfman, presi- dent, who took the plaque for Phil Rothschild, of Hun- tington Wods, editor of the lodge publication.
