your destiny.
Sloan To Head Drive
For Jewish Home Bus
Geraldine Sloan, publicity
chairman for the Jewish
Home for Aged Auxiliary, is
spearheading a fundraising
project to buy a bus for
residents of the Home's
Fleischman Residence in
West Bloomfield. The
previous bus used for shop-
ping, doctor appointments
and social events, was in con-
stant need of repair.
The bus project involves an
"Undinner." Contributors are
being, asked to give an
amount equivalenmt to what
they might have spent to buy
seats or be a patron at a
special organization dinner.
Since no hall has been rented
and no tables will be set,
donors may purchase an
unlimited number of "seats."
According to Sloan, about
10 percent of the goal has
been raised so far.
