The deadline for ap- plications will be the end of September. MDA Needs Volunteers Glenda and Gerald Green- wald were named honorary co-chairs of Detroit's 1989 Jerry Lewis Labor Day Tele- thon for Muscular Dystrophy. The telethon will be aired on WJBK-TV2 from 8:30 p.m. Sept. 3 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 4.
