Plan For
His Future Too

When you plan for your
future and the future of those
you love . . . please think
about Rodney, and all the
children like him ... children
with cystic fibrosis and other
serious lung-damaging
diseases.

and, also greets guests.
Cafe Cortina is open six
days a week, Tuesday through
Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to
10 p.m. . . . Friday 11:30 a.m.
to 11 p.m. . . . Saturday 5 p.m.
to 11 p.m. and Sunday,
1:30 to 9 p.m.
The outside is striking with
its low gables and look of
delightful serenity ... Inside
is a simple but elegant style
of dining pleasantness . . .
with low lighting, white
tablecloths and napkins,
brass, leaded glass, fireplace,
brown leather booths, wicker
back chairs at tables, subtle
print wallpaper, light oak
walls, bricked wall, etc.
The mark of excellence
made by Cafe Cortina as a
fine Italian restaurant con-
tinues to achieve recognition
. . . very much deserved.
ONE OF THE season's
biggst hits seems to be Yogurt
On Wheels, owned by Melenie
and Richard Levine . . . Idea
was born out of not being able
to get what they wanted .. .
somebody to come out and
serve yogurt at the combined
party of their two daughters,
Allyson's graduation from
North Farmington High and
Stacy's Temple Israel
confirmation.
They had 200 people in the
back yard of their home and
called for yogurt places to
come out . . . None could
bring a machine.
It's a great idea . . . folks
with affairs can now call
Yourt on Wheels and Melenie
and Richard will bring
whatever they want . . . even
low cholestoral, low fat, light
yogurt . . . plus all those
luscious toppings . . . peanuts,
walnuts, Oreo cookies, Yum-
my Bears, strawberry, pineap-
ple, choclate chips, sunflower
seeds, Granola, M & Ms, etc.,
if desired.
ANOTHER EXAMPLE of
why Rick Brode is one of the
best-liked sports attorney
agents . . . The signing of a
three-year pact for client Lou
Whittaker by the Detroit
Tigers . . . Rick doesn't make
outlandish demands . . . and
he's not a hard-nose publicity-
seeker like some of the others.
MORE THAN 600 guests
joined Eric Lutz for a summer
celebration of jazz, food,
cocktails and good conversa-
tion recently . . . Was the
grand opening of his
Berkshire Hilton Hotel's out-
door Polo Club in Ann Arbor
. . . The evening was also a
celebration of the hotel's cur-
rent art exhibit . . . the Im-
pressionist photographs of
Caren Nederlander . . . The
