Owner Norman Schwartz looking over decades-ol d menus in preparation for th e celebration, was amazed a t how much costs have increas ed over the last dozen years . . . Back then, almost all items on the Rhino's menu were priced under $10 .. . many in the $7 range. Chef Mark Schwartz and general manager Richard Kirschner have developed a special anniversary menu Monday through Thursday all summer . . . A Cry In The Dark with Meryl Streep. "Is there a better actress in films today? Okay, well, maybe Sandra Bernhard, but Streep is a close second. Seriously, though, Streep dives so deep inside her characters and im- bues them with so much in- ner emotion that we, the au- dience, feel drained just watching her work. This time she's an Australian mother whose baby mysteriously disappears on a camping trip. She claims that wild dingos dragged the infant away but the rest of the country persecutes her as the murderer. It's a serious and gripping movie that says a lot about how the media can change public opinion and make the innocent guilty."
