Hyman Kramer Hyman A. Kramer, an at- torney with offices in the Town Center in Southfield, died July 3 at age 82. Born in Russia, Mr. Kramer lived more than 77 years in Detroit. He practiced law for nearly 60 years. He was graduated from the Universi- ty of Michigan Law School. Mr. Kramer was a member of Franklin Hills Country Club, the Old Newsboys Goodfellow Fund, Congrega- tion Shaarey Zedek, Temple Beth El, Downtown ' Synagogue, a board member of the Jewish Home for Aged, a member of B'nai B'rith and the Masons.
