Six Diabetes
Classes Set

A series of six diabetes
classes will be held 7 p.m.
Thursdays beginning July 6
at the Oakland County
Health Division's South office
in Southfield.
These classes are for adult
diabetics and their family
members. They are taught by
a public health nurse and a
registered dietitian. Topics
that will be discussed include
the nature of the disease,
dietary management,
medications and suggestions
for coping with everyday
problems.
There is no fee. Registration
will be accepted until July 3.
To register, call the health
division, 424-7042.
