in the community. Also discusses the apartment program and
scholarships for clients to participate in the program.

Hawaii, the couple will reside
in West Bloomfield.
The bridegroom, an at-
torney, is employed by the law
firm of Sommers, Schwartz,
Silver and Schwartz of South-
field and the bride will be
employed by Dickinson,
Wright, VanDusen and
Freeman, a law firm in
Bloomfield Hills.

ried at Temple Israel. Rabbi
Harold Loss and Cantor
Harold Orbach officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Judge Barry and Lisa Grant
of Bloomfield Hills. The bride-
groom is the son of Herman
and Barbara Frankel of West
Bloomfield.
The matron of honor was
Sydell Grant and the brides-
maids were Laurie Frankel,
Joy Long of Chicago and Wen-
dy Bakst.
Dr. Allen Grant served as
the best man. Dr. James
Grant, L. Scott Grant and

bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs.
Allan (Sarah) Welbel of
