Breaking Ground

Temple Israel turned its ground-breaking
ceremonies into a holiday for its members.

A

summer picnic atmosphere
prevailed at the recent
ground-breaking ceremonies
for a new classroom wing
and renovations at Temple Israel.

program signalled the beginning of

temple to consolidate its
educational programs. The
ceremonies were followed by a
congregational picnic featuring
games, clowns, a magician and
pony rides. ❑
