is the daughter of Mr. and

Robert received his M.D.
degree from Wayne State
University and is completing
his medical training in
Denver and La Jolla, Calif.
Lisa received her bachelor
of science in nursing from the
University of Wisconsin in
Madison and is employed at
Children's Hospital of Denver.

An October wedding is
planned.

Plan Israel Delegation

Local young, Jewish com-
munity leaders will join their
peers from across the United
States and Canada during
the July 9-20 Israel Bonds
New Leadership Delegation
to Israel.
Detroit-area New Leader-
ship delegation chairman is
Brian Schubot. The delega-
tion theme is "Ancient
Heroes, Modern Legends."
Delegation participants
will view the rehearsal of the
Israel Air Force Day
ceremony, and attend the
finale of the Maccabiah, the
international Jewish Olym-
pics, where they will be ad-
dressed by Prime Minister
Yitzhak Shamir.
Meetings are scheduled
with Defense Minister Ra-

bin and Finance Minister
Peres, some young members
of the Knesset and young
industrialists.
Two concurrent itineraries
will cater to the interests of
both first-time and return
visitors, at times separate and
at other times together. Some
of the highlights are visits
with soldiers at military in-
stallations, young profes-
sionals and businesspeople,
and prominent figures in
academia and the arts; in-
depth tours of Jerusalem, in-
cluding new excavations;
leading-edge technologicalin-
dustries built with Israel
Bond financing; and a host of
other options.
Touring will be in air-
conditioned buses with
