The DACOR "Convectio Plus" built-in oven
offers convection plus c ventional cooking plus
self cleaning to add up to convection perfection.
There are more pluses: uch greater capacity
than any other convectio oven, sophisticated
simplicity of design, and od of unsurpassed
quality prepared in less time, with less energy.
Another plus of this 30" electric oven is the
cooking versatility offered with five different
cooking modes, three convection and two con-
ventional. A special defrost mode reduces
thawing time of frozen foods by up to 50%. Two
ovens, either stacked or side by side, enable you
to cook with different methods at the same time.
And what enormous capacity—each oven with
three extra-wide 24" racks adjustable to six dif-
