Max Mark Lecture Set "Peace, Human Rights and the Rule of Law" will be the topic of the Max Mark Memorial Lecture by Michigan Congressman John Conyers, chairman of U.S. Government Operations Committee and third ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, on Sun- day at 2 p.m. at Wayne State University's Community Arts Auditorium. Highlights of the program will include a presentation of the Humanity in the Arts Award to Professor Harold Norris, Detroit College of Law, for his book of poetry, You Are This Nation. The Birmingham Temple Choir, directed by Dr. Arthur Rose, will sing the "Ballad for Americans." The program celebrates Law Day, the bicentennial of the Constitution, and the 40th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Rights.
