day at 2 p.m. at Wayne State
University's Community Arts
Auditorium.
Highlights of the program
will include a presentation of
the Humanity in the Arts
Award to Professor Harold
Norris, Detroit College of
Law, for his book of poetry,
You Are This Nation.
The Birmingham Temple
Choir, directed by Dr. Arthur
Rose, will sing the "Ballad for
Americans."
The program celebrates
Law Day, the bicentennial of
the Constitution, and the
40th anniversary of the
Universal Declaration of
Rights. It is sponsored by
Wayne State University's
Law School, College of
Liberal Arts, College or Ur-
ban and Labor Affairs,
Department of Political
Science, and the Center for
Peace and Conflict Studies
