Downtown Fox 1, Class A
League champion during the
regular season, also won the
B'nai B'rith Men's Basketball
League Playoff championship.
Its season record was 7 wins,
3 losses.
Games are played at Oak-
land Community College.
Brotherhood 1 was dis-
qualified because of non-
payment of B'nai B'rith dues,
according to Marty Melton,
athletics chairman.
Pisgah 2, in the B League,
also won both the regular-
season and playoff crowns,
while Downtown Fox 3 of the
C League won the playoffs,
with Brotherhood 5 winning
the "C" regular season title.

Marc Jacobs' 13 points, sur-
vived a scare from last-place
Rose Generals, • 27-22, in
ninth-week AZA basketball
action.
Herzl, the Michigan Divi-
sion Leader, trounced Kishon
Mustangs, 70-18, led by Mat-
thew Kovinsky's 21 points.
Jason Zaks and Eric Kaplan
each scored 6 points for the
losers.
In other games, Mendoza
and Rose Rebels won by
forfeits over Kishon Chip-
munks and L'Chaim/Achim
Matzoh Balls, respectively.
Final regular season games
are Sunday at Oakland Com-
munity College's Orchard
Ridge campus. Chapter Play
Day will be May 14 at OCC,
with Final Four Tournament
Play at the Maple/Drake
Jewish Community Center
on May 28.
