Plans are underway for the
Jewish Welfare Federation
Women's Division 43rd an-
nual meeting, 11 a.m. May 17
at Adat Shalom Synagogue.
In addition to the presi-

is known around the country
as an authority on 20th Cen-
tury couture, with a collection
of more than 10,000 pieces.
She has appeared on televi-
sion programs from coast to
coast and worked as a consul-
tant for Hollywood films,
fashion books and many
famous designers. Referred to
as a "walking encyclopedia of
fashion," Schreier conducts a
lecture series on couture at
the Detroit Institute of Arts.
Jessie Stern is chairman of
the annual meeting commit-
tee. Harriet Dunsky is
associate chairman, and
Helen Shevin is adviser.
Cheryl Guyer is vice presi-
dent of Women's Division.
Other chairmen include
Jane Sherman, installation;
Gloria Cohen and Marjorie
Krasnick, decorations and in-
vitation; Terran Leemis, ar-
rangements; Sandra Dembs,
hostesses; and Harriet Col-
man, seating.
There is a fee for the pro-
gram and reservations are re-
quired. For reservations, con-
tact the Women's Division of-
fice, 965-3939.
