Coalition Day 9 a.m. Satur-
day. Zev Katz, dean of the In-

B'nai David
Family Luncheon

Congregation B'nai David
will hold its monthly Family
Shabbat Luncheon following
morning services May 6.
Rabbi Morton Yolkut of
B'nai David will conduct a
discussion on the Torah por-
tion and Cantor Stuart Fried-
man will lead the traditional
Sabbath zemirot. A catered
luncheon will be served at no
charge, but non-members are
asked to make reservations
by Tuesday.

On May 5, The Jewish
News will begin listing the
names, addresses, phone
numbers and senior rabbis
for all synagogues and
temples in the metro-
politan Detroit area. B'nai
and b'not mitzvah will be
listed in the b'nai mitzvah
column.
This column will replace
our synagogue service
schedule. The Jewish News
will no longer publish
Shabbat service times, rab-
bis' sermon topics, holiday
service times or the names
of individuals chanting the
haftara.
