CONTEST RULES:
■ Must register in person at either John Darakjian location between May 5 and May 31, 1989 at noon ■ Must be
18 years of age, persons under 18 may register when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian ■ No purchase

ADMINISTRATION OF FUNDS:
■ All monies deemed as scholarship funds shall be used exclusively for education expenses defined as tuition for
an accredited institution of education. The institution of education may be a lower, middle or high school, university
or trade school. ■ Funds will be released at the time of presentation of a tuition invoice from one of the institu-
tions of education mentioned in rule one for the calendar year, 1989. ■ If the funds are not used immediately
they will be deposited into a type of savings account that is mutually agreed to by the winner and John Darakjian
Jewelers, with the interest being the property of the winner. ■ The account in which the funds are deposited will
be administered by both the winner and John Darakjian Jewelers with right of survivorship between the winner and
John Darakjian Jewelers. ■ The scholarship funds are transferable by the winner. ■ The funds can be used to
set up a Michigan Education Trust Fund or any future plans developed like it.
