Jerome received a BFA
degree from Wayne State
University, and is a graphic
artist for Frank's Nursery
and Crafts.
A June wedding is planned.

Seeks Applicants

The Jewish Educational
Loan Service is accepting ap-
plicators for the 1989-1990
academic year.
The Jewish Educational
Loan Service (JELS) is a com-
munity endeavor by a group
of philanthropic and private
service organizations who
pool their funds to provide
interest-free educational
loans to students in the
Jewish community. JELS is
coordinated by the Jewish
Welfare Federation of Detroit
and administered through
Jewish Vocational Service
(JVS) and Hebrew Free Loan
Association.
The educational loan coor-
dinator at JVS guides
students to sources of finan-
cial aid which may be
available to them from
schools, the government and
the general community. The
coordinator works with the
student to develop a realistic
financial plan for the school
year.
To –be eligible for a loan
from JELS, the applicant
must be: a Jewish resident of
metropolitan Detroit.
