Sun Deer® campers are happy campers and it's no wonder because most severely asthmatic kids are forced to spend their summers indoors. At Camp Sun Deer asthmatic kids ages 9-12 participate in a variety of outdoor activities, but they can't do it without your help. The limitations and doubts they face can be diminished by a volunteer who cares. Your participation at Camp Sun Deer® can make all the difference in an asthmatic child's summer. I NEWS) IDB Buys Canadian Grocery Chain Tel Aviv (JTA) — The Israel Discount Bank's IDB Development Corporation has paid $41.5 million to buy out its Canadian partners in the Supersol Ltd. supermarket chain, a move that stunned Israel's financial community. The Canadian investors, led by Charles Bronfman of Quebec, helped found Su- persol, the most profitable supermarket chain in the country, 30 years ago, and had been its dominant shareholders ever since. The purchase price was lower than the company's $42.8 million market value on the Tel Aviv stock ex- change at the end of last week. A statement issued by Bronfman's Claridge invest- ment group said that the money from the sale would be used to make other in- vestments in Israeli export- oriented enterprises. Supersol last year increased its net earningd by 12.3 per- cent to 19.6 million shekels ($10.9 million), on sales of 704.2 million shekels ($391 million). The biggest competitor to the privately-owned super- market chain is the His- tadrut's Co-op chain.
