He will review The Power of Myth by Joseph Campbell on Tuesday. On Tuesday, Rein- carnation by Sylvia Cranston will be reviewed. On April 18 Carl Jung: A Biography by Gerhard Wehr will be the focus of Wine's review. A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking will be reviewed April 24. The series will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Bloomfield Township Library. It is open to the public at a fee. For information, contact Susan Levin, 352-0264. Rabbi Wine will present four talks exploring "Legacies From the Ancient World" beginning Thursday with "The Egyptian Way: From the Pyramids to Cleopatra." On Thursday, "The Chinese Way: From Confucius to the Mongols" will be discussed. On April 20, "The Greek Way: From Homer to Plolemy" will be the topic. "The Mayan Way: From Theocracy to Revolution" will be the April 27 topic. Lectures will begin at 10 a.m. at the Somerset Mall auditorium, Troy, and are open to the public at a fee. JARC Art At Sinai Mixed-media art by par- ticipants in Jewish Associa- tion for Retarded Citizens (JARC) programs will be on display in the main lobby of Sinai Hospital, Monday through April 28. The show features water colors, ceramics and wall hangings. Residents of JARC Haverim Homes learned water color techniques from local artist and JARC volunteer Linda Zalla during monthly classes at the Pitt Haverim Home in Southfield. The ceramic pieces are the product of a pottery class taught by Gary Richmond for adults with developmental disabilities at the Jewish Community Center. Hillel Day School Performs 'Annie' Hillel Day School's graduating class of 1989 will present the Broadway musical Annie May 7 and 8. There is a charge.
