John and Cha Yun met while he was stationed in Korea with the U.S. Army and were wed 20 years ago .. . Jung Soo also met and man' ried her late husband, Ivory, in Korea 25 years ago . . . He was later stationed in Viet- nam, from where Ivory never returned. Employees like waitress Marge Northrup are stalwarts at Mercury Fish and Chips, staying a long time . . . Marge has been there over 20 years. Mercury Fish and Chips is located behind the Amoco Station . . . and open six days a week . . . Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Saturday, 12 noon to 9 p.m. The menu is nostalgic .. . and the food still good.
