March 12. Survived by her
husband, Bruce; two children,

ANNETTE SCHPRE, 59, of
Detroit, died March 24. Sur-

MARY SIDERMAN, 95,
died March 25. She leaves
three daughters, Mrs. Nora
Wolf of Miami Beach, Fla.,
Mrs. Morris (Adele) Bonin and
Mrs. June Smitt; a sister, Mrs.
Irving (Helen) Kleiman; eight
grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren.
ETHEL SILVER, 87, died
March 25. She leaves two
sons, Dr. Robert and Howard;
five grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
IRVING S. SIPORIN, 61,
died March 27. He leaves his
wife, Fylis; eight children,
Sanford Siporin, Mrs. Barry
(Renee) Bean, Mrs. Alan
(Karen) Lowen, Jeffrey

Richard Parel, Mrs. Edward
(Elyse) Streit and Mrs.

sisters, Mrs. Samuel (Evelyn)

grandchildren.
LOUIS STOTZKY, 72, died

March 23. He leaves his wife,
Ruth; a son, Alan Stotsky; a
daughter, Mrs. Frederic (Har-
riet) Rosen; a brother,
Maurice; a sister, Mrs. Arthur
(Martha) Brickner; and five
grandchildren.
ANN STRAGER, 87, died
March 23. She leaves her hus-
band, Sol; a daughter, Mrs.
Phyllis Kellman; two sons,
Norman and Larry; seven
grandchildren and one
great-grandson.
MORRIS TISHKIN, 88, of
Detroit, died March 28. Sur-
vived by three daughters,
Mrs. Doris Goodman, Mrs. Ira
(Sylvia) Bailen of Queens,
N.Y., and Mrs. Burton (Blan-
che) Bailen of New Hyde
Park, N.Y.; a sister, Esther; 10
grandchildren and 10 great-
grandchildren. Interment
New Jersey.
BETTY R. ZUCKERBERG,
83, of Southfield, died March
26. Survived by a son, Erwin;
a brother, Sol Garfield; two
grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.
Edward Miller
Edward Miller, owner of Ed
Miller Furrier on Woodward
Ave. for many years, died
March 25 at age 81.
Born in Poland, Mr. Miller
came to the U.S. 54 years ago.
He was a past president of
Detroit Furriers Guild and
board member of the Na-
tional Furriers Guild. After
his retirement he continued
to work as a free-lance furrier.
He learned his trade as a
teenager in New York City.
In his spare time, he played
handball and earned the
nickname "Fast Ed."
He was cemetery chairman
for Hebrew Memorial Park,
past president of the Ideal
Loan Association, past presi-
dent of the Hebrew
Benevolent Society. Mr.
Miller was a member of the
Jericho Lodge of Odd Fellows
and the Downtown
Synagogue.
He is survived by his wife,
Mollie; three daughters, Mrs.
Sherwin (Sandy) Schreier,
Mrs. Sheldon (Reva) Leder-
man and Mrs. Marshel
(Vickie) Waller of Los
Angeles, Calif.; a sister, Anna
Seide of New York; and nine
grandchildren.
N. Goldman
Norman Goldman, presi-
dent of the Workmen's In-
surance Agency, died March
23 at age 56.
Born in Detroit, Mr.
Goldman was active in the
Democratic Party. He
specialized in union and labor
insurance. He was a represen-
tative for Continental and
Prudential, among other in-
surance companies.

Mr.
Goldman
graduated from Commerce
High School and Walsh In-
stitute. He made an unsuc-
cessful bid for mayor of Oak
Park.
He is survived by his
mother, Ida Hill; his aunt,
Mildred Stern; and cousins.
