The fellows recently returned from their eighth annual Aspen ski adventure and adventure it sure was for CPA Gary Kushner, Drs. Bob Blau and Donald Blitz, investment counselor Paul Heneks and barristers Joel Schavrien, Norman Robiner and Michael Maddin. After a seven-hour bus ride that normally takes three- and-a-half to four hours (the Aspen airport was closed because of 30-plus inch snowfall from a three-day blizzard), the fellows finally arrived in Aspen where their luggage had luckily also wound up . . . and enjoyed in the 20s-degree weather wear- ing chemical packages for hands and feet to keep them warm. In other buses used, about 300 others never made it to Aspen that day . . . spending the night sleeping in a high school gym at Eagle, Cola The treacherous trip had its good points . . . Skiing was great . . . it was the first time they had ever gotten their luggage back all at the same time . . . and nothing lost, either.
