Flint Sisterhood Plans Art Show And Sale The Beth Israel Sisterhood of Flint will initiate its fund- raising efforts for 1989 with an art sale, "Something Old — Something New" on March 11 and 12. The event will be held in the synagogue social hall, 5240 Calkins Rd., at 8 p.m. on March 11 and from noon to 3 p.m. March 12. The "Something Old" aspect of the sale offers used art from the homes of the community. Selections will range from custom framed prints by Felix Fabian to stretched fabric prints. Custom art frames and small sculptures will also be a part of the selection. Donations are still being sought. "Something New" selec- tions will be provided by the Galleries of Zolton Gluck of New York and Cape Cod. Gluck will show a wide varie- ty from traditional realism to contemporary with artists from America, Europe and Israel. Among the artists whose works will be shown are: S.E. Oppenheim, Ben- jamin Shiff, Tiber David, Jac- ques Lalande, Lucien Delaure, Michelle Bourlier- Paglia, Emil Lindenfeld and Adolf Sehring. The public is invited.
