Purim Outreach
Luncheon Due

Adat Shalom Sisterhood
will hold its Sonia Knopper
Purim Outreach Luncheon on
Monday at 11:30 a.m. at the
synagogue.
The sisterhood will bring to
the luncheon Jewish men and
women from the inner city to
share a Purim lunch and pro-
gram. The visitors will also
have a tour of the synagogue's
small chapel. About 60 in-
dividuals are expected to
attend.
Rabbis Efry Spectre and
Elliot Pachter will par-
ticipate. Cantor Larry Vieder,
accompanied by Rochelle
Lupovitch, will sing songs for
the group. Adat Shalom
Nursery School youngsters
will put on a program.
Each visitor will take home
"shalach monos" gifts.
The program has been nam-
ed in memory of synagogue
member Sonia Knopper, who
actively helped the isolated
Jews of the inner city.
Luncheon chairman is
Elaine Goldsmith. The day
has been planned in conjunc-
tion with the Jewish Voca-
tional Service.

Fashion Show,
Brunch Set

Temple Israel Sisterhood
will present its Hot Spring
Brunch and Fashion Show on
March 13 at 10 a.m. at the
temple. The sisterhood will
provide the models.
Clothes ranging from day to
evening wear will be
displayed. Adelle Miller will
provide entertainment on the
piano during the brunch.
Janie Roth, program vice
president and her special
entertainment committee,
Marlene Swarin and Karen
Erlich have made ar-
rangements for the event.
There is a nominal fee for
the brunch. Reservations are
required by Wednesday. For
information and reservations,
