You should avoid foods high in
cholesterol. It's a fact, a high
blood cholesterol level sub-
stantially increases your
chances of developing heart
disease. By cutting down on
fatty, rich foods, you can do
yourself a big favor. You could
lower your blood cholesterol
level and reduce your risk of
heart disease.

Center's "Let Us Entertain
You" series will continue
with an appearance by come-
dian Gabe Kaplan at the
Maple/Drake building on
March 4 at 8 p.m.
Since Kaplan made his first
appearance on the Tonight
Show 12 years ago, he has
seen much success.
He began working and ap-
pearing at small clubs in
Manhattan and Brooklyn,
until he co-created and star-
red in the AB-C-TV hit
Welcome Back Kotter, which
had a five-year run on- the
network and is now in syn-
dication worldwide.
He made his motion picture
debut starring in -Fast Break

feature films.
Still single, Kaplan is an
avid sports fan, dabbling in
tennis and basketball. He
