Midrasha Has
Lecture Series

The Midrasha-College of
Jewish Studies, a division of
United Hebrew Schools, will
present four lectures as part
of its Lunch and Learn series
entitled, "Voices of Wisdom:
An Examination of What
Jewish Texts Say on A Varie-
ty of Topics."
Based on the book by Fran-
cine Klagsbrun, Voices of
Wisdom, the discussions will
be led by Rabbi Bruce D. Aft,
director of the Midrasha--
College of Jewish Studies and
principal of the Community
Jewish High School of United
Hebrew Schools, beginning
Wednesday
The discussions will be held
at the United Hebrew Schools
building. Lunch will be
served at noon and . the
lecture-discussion will be held
at 12:30 p.m. The topic of
discussion for Wednesday will
be "Getting to Know
Ourselves and Interpersonal
- Relationships." Subsequent
programs _ will be held on
March 8, "Family Relation-
ships"; • April 12, "Jewish.
Education"; and May 10,
"Ethics."

Teen Weekend

The Community Jewish
High ...School of United
Hebrew Schools will discuss
"Current Teen Issues: Mak-
ing Jewish Choices" Feb.
24-26 at Camp Tamarack.
The weekend will allow
teenagers to explore the
issues that are on their minds
and affect their lives. The pro-
gram will consist of services,
study, fellowship, social ac-
tivities, winter sports and
nature activities.
