NCJW Hosts Three-Part
Series About Finances
The National Council of
Jewish Women, Greater
Detroit Section, and its
Business and Professional
Branch will co-sponsor a
three-part financial series on
Wednesdays, Feb. 22, Mar. 1
and Mar. 8, at 7:30 p.m.
Audrey Pearl, certified
financial planner, will dicuss
"The Smartest Investment
You Will Make in 1989." The
programs will take pslce at
the NCJS offices in
Southfield.
In addition to being a cer-
tified financial planner, Pearl
is a registered financial plan-
ner. She has worked as an in-
vestment adviser to business
and personal investors for
more than 20 years.
The workshop will cover in-
vesting, living trusts, shelter-
ing income, health insurance
and estate planning. All par-
ticipants will receive com-
plimentary investment, tax

drobe with a Look of Perfec-
tion," was named director of
F.Y.I. in May 1988. Previous-
ly, she was special events
coordinator for Hudson's. She
has coordinated fashion
shows and is a member of the
Michigan Branch of the
Fashion Group.
Emile, who will give a
presentation on "Exploring a
Galaxy of Hair Fashions and
Make-Up," is a past member
of the Official Hair Fashion
Committee and an honorary
member of Americoif. He has
given hair demonstrations in
Paris, Amsterdam, Munich,
Frankfort, Basel, Salzburg
and throughout the U.S.
There is an admission
charge. Marcia Tanzman is
general chairman of the
series; Alicia Nelson is co-
chairman. Helen Herman is
