Zionist Unit
Formed At WSU

Wayne State University's
student council has approved
a new campus organization,
the Zionist Student
Organization.
It was created out of the de-
mand for the protection of
Israel's image on the campus
of Wayne State University.
There are currently nine
Palestinian organizations at
Wayne, many of which are
aimed at destroying the
image of Israel by depicting
untruths in the public display
cases that they reserve. The
Zionist Student Organization
intends to defend Israel's
image through the display of
Israeli tourism material, and
through the presentation of
facts in relation to Israel's
struggle to maintain its
existence.
The group's founder and
president is Eric Norber, a
student at WSU. He has just
returned from a year in
Israel, where he served for
three months in elite IDF
training program called the
Marva. He was also enrolled
at Tel Aviv University's
Overseas Student Program,
where he attended several
seminars on combatting Arab
propaganda against Israel.
