Lauffer, an artist and art teacher in the Ann Arbor Schools, supervises the marionette construction. The scripts are written by Urist, local playwright and former drama critic for WUOM and the Ann Arbor News. Six children, participants in the puppet theatre's first workshop, are the creators and manipulators of the show's marionettes. The children are: Naomi Adiv, Esther Ahronheim, Josh Donow, Steve Gordon, Stacy Kalter, and Daniela Morell. The sound track is recorded by Tom Bray at WCBN. The marionette stage was built by Ron Kramer with the help of the Performance Network. Tickets for the show will be available at the door. Chajes Fund Hosts Concert The Julius Chajes Music Fund Concert Series will pre- sent "An Evening on Broad- way" cabaret concert on Feb. 11 at 8 p.m. in the Shiffman Hall at the Maple/Drake Community Center. The performers will be "Company Five," who will sing the music of Berlin, Ger- shwin and Bernstein in honor of their special birthdays this year. Refreshments will be serv- ed.
