Beginning with wine and hors d'oeuvres at 6 p.m., the meeting includes dinner. Palmer is an adjunct lec- turer for the Detroit Institute of Arts Statewide Services Program. She holds a master's degree in fine arts from the University of Michigan and teaches art history at Eastern Michigan University and at Henry Ford Community College.
