There are no income guidelines. Homemaker Program Due The Jewish Vocational Ser- vice Displaced Homemaker Program is seeking women who need help entering the job market after years in the home. JVS counselors can help displaced 'homemakers with assessing their interests, values and abilities, planning careers, developing job- seeking skills and finding employment opportunities. Displaced homemakers are women who have lost their source of economic support because of divorce, separa- tion, widowhood or disability of a spouse.
