Tests are being offered at Great Scott! Supermarkets on
an appointment basis by Mount Clemens General Hospital.
There is a small charge of $5.00 per test. Each test con-
sists of analyzing yOur blood taken from the tip of your finger.
The results of the test are given to you in minutes, WHILE
YOU WAIT.
Be sure to keep the receipt you are given when you are
tested. Kellogg's is offering a $5.00 rebate on cholesterol
testing when you send in a form found on specially marked
packages of Kellogg's Common Sense Oat Bran. a dated
cholesterol screening receipt and two UPC symbols from
the bottom panels of Kellogg's Common Sense Oat Bran
Cereal.
Two stores offer the testing each week. Great Scott! loca-
tions for the next four weeks are:
