chef at Excalibur, was recent-
ly on the nationally-
syndicated "Regis & Cathy
Lee Live" show originating at
WABC in New York and
shown here over WJBK Chan-
nel 2 . . . "We're not a rib
joint," said Marty, "but Frank
Sinatra made us one when he
came in 10 years ago." .. .
Marty prepared his noted Ex-
calibur sauce and the fine Ex-
calibur baby back ribs which
Regis and -Kathy Lee and the
entire WABC staff enjoyed
