registered dietician Gail
Posner and home economist
Debbie Goldenberg. Posner,
whose topic is "Cholesterol
Countdown — Your Diet and
You," is in private practice,
specializing in personalized
nutrition counseling. She has

teacher and managed an en-
tire home economics depart-
ment at a junior high school.
Her topic will be "Incredible
Edibles and Other Cooking
Tricks for Success."
