Many so-called health clubs employ instructors whose only qualifications are a trim body and a talent for exercising. Whatever form of exercise you choose, you'll be monitored by Sinai health professionals, so you never have to worry whether you're doing too much or too little. The Wellness Program opens February 1. Your Wellness•Program membership fee of only $99 includes a Cardiac Fitness Profile—a battery of health tests followed by a personalized exercise prescription. Personalized nutrition and diet counseling and smoking cessation classes are available for a small additional fee.
