If you're looking for an exercise program, the choice
is clear. Many so-called health clubs employ instructors
whose only qualifications are a trim body and a talent
But at the Wellness Program, a new program
sponsored by Sinai Hospital and the Jewish
Community Center, all exercise is supervised by trained
staff from Sinai's Center for Cardiovascular Health.
