Movies but Were Afraid to
Ask." Dr. Bernstein will ex-
plore the ways Jews have
been portrayed in Hollywood
movies from the 1920s to the
present,
On Jan. 22 at 7:30 p.m., Dr.
Zvi Gitelman, professor of
political science at the
University of Michigan, will
present the fourth lecture of
the series. Dr. Gitelman will
speak on "Freeze and Thaw:
The Evolution of Soviet-
Israeli Relations."
The series of lectures will
be held in the LaMed
Auditorium of United Hebrew
Schools, and is open to the
public at no charge.
