Jewish Museum
Receives Prize

Amsterdam (JTA) — The
European Community has
awarded its Museum Prize to
the Jewish Museum of
Amsterdam.
The prize, a statuette by
sculptor Joan Mir and $5,000
cash, will be presented to the
museum May 9 in Strasbourg,
seat of the Parliament of
Europe, the 12-nation Euro-
pean Community's legislative
body.
