Chanukah celebration at 6:30
p.m. Monday. This family
event is a special children's
party to celebrate and explain
the spirit of the Festival of
Lights. Traditional music and
light refreshments will be of-

JWV Chanukah

The Department of Michi-
gan of the Jewish War
Veterans and the Jewish War
Veterans Auxiliaries will hold
a Chanukah party on Satur-
day at 8 p.m. at the JWV
Memorial Home.
Sandy Pliskow, junior vice
commander, and Martha
Hauptman, junior vice presi-
dent, said Danny Venice and
his group will play music for
dancing. The charge for ad-
mission is canned goods for
