Chocolate Fest
For Alzheimer's
The third annual Chocolate
Jubilee to benefit Alzheimer's
victims and their families,
will be held Dec. 4 at the
Somerset Inn, from 1:30 to
4:30 p.m.
Alzheimer's Disease is a
progressive, irreversible, neu-
rological disorder affecting an
estimated three million
Americans. Most victims are
over 65; however, the disease
can strike people in their 40s
and 50s. There is no cure.
More than 35 restaurateurs
and chocolatiers will par-
ticipate.
A patron brunch will be
served at noon.
Doreen Hermelin is chair-
man of the event. Among the
committee members are:
John Bloom, Marlene Bor-
man, Dede Feldman, Pola
Friedman, Jack Gold, Reva
Kogan, Renee Mahler, and
Bluma Siegal.
