were purchased during the re-
cent Rosh Hashanah/Yom
Kippur appeals for Israel
Bonds, representing an 8 per-
cent increase over last year's
results.

renamed The B'nai Zion
Medical Center during the
80th anniversary Israel Mis-
sion of B'nai Zion.
B'nai Zion adopted the
Medical Center in June 1987,
when Ernest Zelig, president
of B'nai Zion, and Israel's
Minister of Health Shoshana
Arbeli-Almoslino signed an
agreement in which the
group pledged $4 million.
