Suicide Topic
Of Lecture

Modern American, Jewish
and Greek attitudes towards
suicide and suicide preven-
tion will be the topic of a talk
by Professor Kalman Kaplan
at the Hillel Foundation at
Wayne State University on
Monday at noon.
Professor Kaplan, a
psychologist, has written
many articles about the con-
trast between Hebrew and
Greek thought, and often
writes in collaboration with
historian Dr. Matthew
Schwartz.
A luncheon will be served
free of charge. The public is
invited. There is no charge for
the talk. For information, call
Hillel, 577-3459. The talk
will take place at room 661,
Student Center.
Rabbi Finkelman will con-
tinue his series, Lunch with
the Rabbi, at Hillel on Thurs-
day at noon. The topic of this
talk is "The Jewish Family:
The Role of a Father." Admis-
sion is free.
