tient. If the patient becomes
confused and veers off the
path to his destination,
Carmel takes the lead,"
Koren explained.
"I want to use technology
for people," Koren added. He
continues to improve the
robot by adding moveable
arms so it can perform more
complicated tasks.
It is Koren's hope that
Carmel will be available to
the public within a year. He
said the cost of such modern
technology will be
$5,000410,000.
