ADL Adds Associate The Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith an- nounces the appointment of Laura Smith as assistant director of ADL's Michigan regional office. She hoins Carla Mintz Newman in this capacity. Ms. Smith was previously general project coordinator for ADL's Shanik-Fleischer Forum which focused on Jewish contribution to American film. She received her BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and master's degrees from New York University and the University of Michigan. She previously taught in the New York public schools.
