Born in Detroit, Mr. Barr was former vice president of Temple Israel and former chairman of the building com- mittee for the new temple building in West Bloomfield. ▪ He was a 1932 graduate of Detroit City Law School and Anna Fellman Anna T. Fellman, a legal assistant, died Oct. 12 at age 92. Born in Russia, Mrs. Fellman lived 80 years in Detroit. She was a member of Temple Beth El, a supporter of CARIH (National Jewish Hospital/National Asthma Center) and Hadassah. She leaves a son, Dr. Sheldon of Hendersonville, Tenn.; a daughter, Dr. Roslyn Pariser of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Henry Levin ▪ • - • Samuel Barr practiced law for 56 years. He was a member of Perfec- tion Lodge of the Masons and the Detroit Branch of the Safari Club. Mr. Barr was a member of the American Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association, American Judicature Society. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Ap- peals, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court and the Michigan Supreme Court. He was a member of the Association of Claimant Corn- pensation Attorneys, the American Trial Lawyers Association. He leaves his wife, Sylvia; two daughters, Rochelle and Mrs. Jerome (Brenda) Sage; a brother, George; and seven grandchildren. Henry Levin, owner of the Roth Jewelry Store in Detroit, died Oct. 15 at age 89. Born in Boston, Mass., Mr. Levin was a circulation manager at the now defunct Detroit Times. He was a past president of B'nai B'rith Gold Star. He leaves his wife, Susane; two sons, Louis and Roy of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.; and two grandsons. Isaak Widenbaum Isaak Widenbaum, founder and owner of Widenbaum Jewelers, died Oct. 15 at age 91. Born in Poland, Mr. Widen- baum founded his business in 1925 and closed in 1986. He was a member of Congrega- tion B'nai Moshe and B'nai B'rith. He leaves a son, Victor; two daughters, Mrs. Ben (Madelyn) Gruskin and Mrs. Eleanor Blazofsky; 10 grand- children and four great-grandchildren. Jack Citron ▪ • Jack M. Citron, founder and owner of J.M. Citron Men's Wear onWashington Blvd. in Detroit, died Oct. 14 at age 75. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., Mr. Citron founded his store more than 50 years ago and was ac- tive in the operation of the business until his death. He was a past president of the Probus Club, a member of the Downtown Merchants Club, past president of the Washington Blvd. Associa- tion, a 32nd degree Mason. He copyrighted many shirt designs. He leaves his wife, Julie; a daughter, Mrs. Eric (Marilyn) Kosky of Willowdale, Ont.; a sister, Mrs. Harry (Ethel) Rochman of Pennsylvania.
