I Greater Detroit United Synagogue Youth will host West Area Kinnus (gather- ing) of Central Region United Synagogue Youth this weekend. More than 170 representatives will come from Ann Arbor, Cincinnati, Columbus, Flint, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Kalamazoo, Louisville, Pitt- sburgh, Toledo and Detroit. The theme is "Life and Death Decisions in Accor- dance with Jewish Tradition." Dr. David Krohn will give the keynote address today Rabbi Bruce Aft and Rabbi Elliot Pachter will speak on Satur- day. The study group leaders for the weekend are: Rabbi Aft, Karen Knoppow, Eric Kruchenia, Rabbi Pachter, Ellen Sherman, Rabbi Spec- tor, Miriam Starkman and Alan Yost.
