B'nai B'rith Hillel Founda-
tions of Metropolitan Detroit

meeting on Thursday at 7:30

in 1977. He has worked for
many years as a Jewish
educator and now lectures in

the department of English at
the University of Michigan.

At Emanu-El

Beginning today and conti-
nuing the second Friday of
each month, Temple Emanu-
El will provie an interpreter
in American Sign Language.
Kim Batten, coordinator of
interpreting services at
Madonna College, will be the
interpreter. She holds an In-
terpreting Certificate/Trans-
literating Certificate and
Registry of Interpeters for the
Deaf certification.
